In the initial phase Jeff and Kelly have decided certain activities, however in order to accomplish the entire shifting it is necessary to modify some of the activities. The project status detailing completion slips and delays From the project background the details of dates and time span, needed to commence and complete the entire shifting project, are estimated easily by the project head. They should leave their current house within 20th January and must complete the shift within 27th January. On the other hand the total budget estimated for the project is $5000. I have also learned that, based on the project budget, some of the project activities are needed to be modified rather should be done simultaneously. Conclusion From the overall discussion it can be concluded that, in order to accomplish the shifting project it is necessary for the project head to consider three basic project phases in terms of initiation, planning and execution. For this particular shifting Jeff and Kelly both are responsible to develop the project schedule and activities. It is expected that, if all of these steps are maintained accurately by both Jeff and Kelly, then the project will be completed within estimated time and project budget as well. As Jeff is currently posted as a marketing director thus they have to change their current location.
